<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating film formed on an insulating substrate by using a copper or silver paste and excellent in conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive coating film with excellent conductivity is obtained by: forming a coating film by using a metal powder paste, which includes metal powder selected from copper powder or silver powder and an organic binder as a main constituent, on an insulating substrate made of a polyester film, a polyimide film or the like; drying the coating film to obtain a metal powder-containing coating film; and then further subjecting the metal powder-containing coating film to steam plasma treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
