<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device for radiating light of a mixed color emitted from a plurality of LEDs having different luminescent colors, which hardly produces color unevenness of emitted light and can emit white light without color unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes, on a substrate 2, a plurality of groups 4 each configured by a plurality of LEDs 3 (31, 32) which emit light of mutually different chromaticity. Each group 4 (4a-4c) includes an LED 3 which emits at least white light. A distance d1 between each group 4 is set larger than a distance d2 between adjacent LEDs 3 in the group 4. By this, as compared to a case that a predetermined number of LEDs 3 are disposed at equal intervals on the substrate 2, color light from the LEDs 3 becomes easy to have a mixed color in each group 4. Thus, color unevenness of the output light is hardly produced.
