<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a power loss due to on/off switching of two push-pull-connected switch elements. <P>SOLUTION: Flyback diodes are disposed in parallel with the two push-pull-connected switch elements. In a period in which both switch elements are off (dead time period), when a forward voltage is applied to the flyback diode disposed for the switch element that is to be turned on, the dead time period is terminated and the switch element is turned on. This can switch on the switch element on completion of charge regeneration and charging of parasitic capacitances of the two switch elements to avoid a power loss caused as a charge stored in the parasitic capacitance of the switch element to be turned on flows through the switch element turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
