<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply execute resharpening for functional regeneration of a cutter for cutting off spews by reducing time and effort. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter to cut off spews has the following configuration. A guide case 1 is configured such that a plurality of guide grooves 4 tapered-off toward the back of the guide case in order to guide spews are arranged in parallel. A replacement blade 2 is configured to be freely attachably/detachably fixed to one surface side of the guide case 1. The guide case and the replacement blade are combined with each other. The replacement blade 2 is provided with a linear cutting edge 2a.
