<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil device which can conduct the critical current of superconducting coil stably without causing any deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: The superconducting coil device comprises: a superconducting coil 2 where a plurality of superconducting coils 2a, 2b formed by winding a superconducting wire rod are stacked in the axial direction; an input electrode 3a; an output electrode 3b; and an inter-coil electrode 4 connecting the superconducting coils electrically. The input electrode is connected electrically with one superconducting coil, and fixed mechanically to at least one other superconducting coil. The output electrode is connected electrically with one superconducting coil other than the superconducting coil connected electrically with the input electrode, and fixed mechanically to at least one other superconducting coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
