<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial mechanism and an electronic device which have high operability with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A dial mechanism 10 according to the present invention comprises: a dial 11 which rotates around a rotating shaft; a holding plate 12 for rotatably holding the dial 11; a counter plate 13 disposed on the side of the dial 11 which is opposite to the holding plate 12; and a spring part 14 which is formed on the dial 11 side of the counter plate 13 and biases the dial 11 toward the holding plate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
