<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom system in which a shared-section slave unit is provided in a multiple dwelling house shared section, and the shared section can be smoothly utilized by notifying a living-room master unit of a next reservation person on the basis of information storing information of reservation persons, in response to a call from the shared-section slave unit. <P>SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house intercom system is comprised of a collective entrance unit for a visitor to call and talk with a resident, a living-room master unit for the resident to respond to the call from the collective entrance unit and to talk with the visitor, and a control device for controlling the collective entrance unit and the living-room master unit, respectively. The control device includes a reservation storage section which stores therein at least living-room ID information for identifying a living-room master unit of a resident as a reservation situation of a shared section of a multiple dwelling house and further includes a control device CPU which controls to refer to the reservation situation in the reservation storage section and to transmit, for a notification to a living-room master unit of the next reservation person, a notification signal to which a living-room ID has been added, to the living-room master unit when a call operation is performed from a shared section slave unit installed in the shared section and connected to the control device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
