<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat elevator which allows a user to move the elevator up and down with a small force, thus reducing a burden on the user's knee. <P>SOLUTION: An installation member of the toilet seat elevator is composed of a base 1 and a support 2, and is provided with a caster guide 3, a main frame 4, and a cam 7 that are set to be rotatable. A toilet seat 12 is pivotally supported on the main frame 4 to be rotatable, and is supported with a caster guide 3 and a cam 7 through the use of casters 9 and 10. The caster guide 3 is connected to the main frame 4 via a joint plate 8. In this structure, a handle 11 is rotated to cause the cam 7 to rotate, so that the toilet seat 12 moves up and down.
