<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometric analyzing device and a fluorometric analyzing method enabling crosstalk in FCCS to be reduced by a method different from the conventional. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorometric analyzing device irradiates a sample for a certain period of time with a laser beam synthesized by intensity modulation at mutually different frequencies, outputs fluorescence signals of a first fluorescence emitted by a first fluorescent substance irradiated with the laser beam, and outputs fluorescence signals of a second fluorescence emitted by a second fluorescent substance irradiated with the laser beam. The device calculates time series data of the fluorescence intensities of the first fluorescence by mixing the fluorescence signals of the first fluorescence with modulation signals, and calculates time series data of the fluorescence intensities of the second fluorescence by mixing the fluorescence signals of the second fluorescence with modulation signals. Further the device determines the degree of coupling between a first object of measurement and a second object of measurement by calculating a cross-correlation function between the time series data of the fluorescence intensities of the first fluorescence and the time series data of the fluorescence intensities of the second fluorescence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
