<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compactor capable of surely compacting the edge of a deep groove in compaction work inside the deep groove and improving workability of the compaction work. <P>SOLUTION: A compactor (1) includes: a power source (6) for supplying reciprocation in a vertical direction; a handle (18) disposed surrounding the outer periphery of the power source; a body part (4) which is disposed on the lower side of the power source, has a transmission mechanism for transmitting the reciprocation and is vertically expandable and contractible; an attachment base (8) attached to a lower end of the body part; and a ground leveling plate (3) which is connected to the attachment base through a plurality of attaching members, receives the reciprocation from the transmission mechanism, and hits and compact soil while being vertically moved. The ground leveling plate includes: first attachment target parts (12) provided on the center part of the ground leveling plate and composed of a set of attachment target parts to which the plurality of attaching members are to be attached; and a second attachment target part (11) provided on a position shifted to either left or right direction of the first attachment target parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
