PURPOSE: An automated window frame manufacturing system and a window frame manufacturing method using the same are provided to provide a window frame member by automatically selecting necessary window frame raw materials because a control part stores the information about the window frame raw materials stacked in a raw material loading part. CONSTITUTION: An automated window frame manufacturing system(100) comprises a control part, a cutting device(40), and a welding device(120). The control part stores the information about raw materials(1) and the positions of the raw materials for a window frame stacked in a raw material loading unit(10). The cutting device receives cutting information from the control part, cuts the moved raw materials for the window frame on the basis of the cutting information, prints a cutting information barcode, and machines a window frame drain hole, thereby manufacturing a window frame member. The welding device receives window frame sets aligned on a standby conveyor belt and welds the window frame member with a welding machine.
