<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a wound type battery capable of preventing trouble such as removal of an electrode active material layer and breakage of a collector from occurring even in a case of being bent by flat-pressing. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a wound type battery comprises a winding step of laminating and winding a positive electrode plate 10, a negative electrode plate 20 and a separator 30 (step S32), a flat-pressing step of flat-pressing a wound body formed in the winding step (step S34), and a softener impregnating step (step S30) of impregnating a softener into one or both electrode plates of the positive electrode plate 10 and the negative electrode plate 20. The electrode plate impregnated with softener is easily bent even if being bent by the flat-pressing, and thus the trouble such as removal of the electrode active material layer and breakage of the collector can be prevented from occurring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
