<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous pigment dispersion for preparation of aqueous ink for ink-jet recording, which has small change in a dispersed particle diameter, that is, has excellent storage stability and enables the ink to take on O (orange) being a special color, and to provide aqueous ink for ink-jet recording. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous pigment dispersion for preparation of aqueous ink for ink-jet recording, contains an organic polymer compound containing an anionic group, an organic pigment, an organic pigment derivative, and water, wherein the polymer compound, the organic pigment and the organic pigment derivative are dispersed in the water. The aqueous pigment dispersion for preparation of aqueous ink for ink-jet recording contains a perinone-based orange pigment (A) and a diarylide azo compound (B) containing an acid group, as the organic pigment and the organic pigment derivative. The aqueous ink for ink-jet recording is obtained by diluting aqueous pigment dispersion in such a manner that the total of the organic pigment and the organic pigment derivative become 1 to 8% in terms of mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
