<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp with an enhanced light utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular lamp is provided with a first optical unit U1 composed of LEDs (a light source) 4 having an optical axis downward, a reflector 2 composed of a first reflection face 2a and a second reflection face 2b, and a lens 3 composed of a first lens part 3A and a second lens part 3B; and a second optical unit U2 of the same structure as the first optical unit U1, both units being formed with a space separated back and forth in the vicinity. A second lens part 3B of the first optical unit U1 is composed of: a concave rear end part 3c into which a part of the light emitted from the LEDs 4 of the second optical unit U2 enters; a light guide part for guiding the light incident from the rear end part 3c; an inner face into which a part of the light emitted from the LEDs 4 of the first light source unit U1 enters; an outer face for emitting the light incident from the rear end part 3c and the light incident from the inner face to a side; and lens cuts, respectively provided on the inner face and the outer face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
