<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a space serving as a ventilation trunk in a foam with high moldability in molding a surface skin integrated foamed molding. <P>SOLUTION: In a molding die 40 for the surface skin integrated foamed molding, a planar surface skin material 10 is set in a cavity space 45 for foaming a pad 20 (foam) to foam it into a state that the pad 20 is integrally adhered to the surface skin material 10. The molding die 40 has a core die 44 which is pushed to a partial surface of the surface skin material 10 set in the cavity space 45 by clamping to form the ventilation trunk 21 (space) of the shape opening to the partial surface with the surface skin material 10 pushed in the pad 20. A protrusion 44B2 is formed on a pushing surface 44B1 to be pushed to the partial surface of the skin surface material 10 in the core die 44. The protrusion 44B2 is pushed to the partial surface of the skin surface material 10 preceding to the pushing surface 44B1 to block the intrusion of a foam raw material at the foaming of the pad 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
