<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating type battery pack that is constituted by the combination of a plurality of unit cells, improves heat conduction between the unit cells, and can achieves the stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack is housed in a housing so as to be constituted by the combination of a plurality of unit cells, and operated at a temperature higher than a room temperature. In the battery pack, a case that constitutes the unit cell includes a plane facing another adjacent unit cell, and adjacent unit cells are assembled in a state in which the planes come into contact with each other.
