<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a liquid droplet discharging head, to improve production efficiency, and to suppress a voltage drop caused by the simultaneous driving of piezoelectric elements. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharging head 10 included a liquid chamber substrate 12 and a driving element 14. The driving element 14 is flip-chip mounted on the liquid chamber substrate 12. The liquid chamber substrate 12 has a flow path substrate 32, a diaphragm 36, the piezoelectric elements 34, an insulating layer 44, individual electrodes 48, and first reinforcing wiring 56. The first reinforcing wiring 56 is composed of the aluminum wiring 54 of a band shape long in an arrangement direction of the piezoelectric elements 34, and a contact hole 44A which brings the continuity of the aluminum wiring 54 with a lower electrode 38 as a common electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
