<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open and close a valve in which an axial center direction of the valve opening and closing differs from the direction of the operation rotation axial center. <P>SOLUTION: Around a shaft 3 of rotation for operation in the direction of the Y-axis, a control lever 2 of its side of the tip is revolved between the operation reference position A and the setting angle rotation position C. A first connection member 4, a second connection member 5 and a guide member 7 are pivotally supported in order on the base end side of the rotating shaft 3 for operation, and a shaft-like pin 6, which pivotally supports the second connection member 5 and the guide member 7, is made to project in the direction of Y-axis. Valve switching action members 9a, 9b are fixed to a water supply valve 25 and a drain valve 26 which are opened and closed by rotating around an axial center in the direction of X-axis, and the tip side is pivotally supported to the guide member 7. Making the control lever 2 revolve and the other end side 4a of the first connection member 4 and the second connection member 5 close to the shaft 3 of rotation for operation, or kept away.
