VEHICLE POWER FEED DEVICE AND VEHICLE POWER FEED METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed electricity to a vehicle with high efficiency during parking and traveling by simplifying the structure.

SOLUTION: A vehicle power feed device feeds electricity to a vehicle through a first tire 11 and a second tire 12 that the vehicle has from a first conductor 21 installed under the first tire 11 and a second conductor 22 installed under the second tire 12. The vehicle power feed device has a first electrode 41 which is capacitively coupled to the first tire 11 and arranged on the vehicle in the vicinity of the first tire 11. The vehicle power feed device has a second electrode 42 which is capacitively coupled to the second tire 12 and arranged on the vehicle in the vicinity of the second tire 12. The vehicle power feed device has a power reception device 40 which receives AC electric poper fed between the first conductor 21 and the second conductor 22 by the first electrode 41 and the second electrode 42. Further, the vehicle power feed device has a power source unit 30 which feeds AC power between the first conductor 12 and the second conductor 22.
