<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a photocurable adhesive from two members bonded with the photocurable adhesive and enabling reuse of these members. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable adhesive is removed from the member by: peeling two members which are temporarily bonded with the photocurable adhesive in a cured state before complete curing of the photocurable adhesive; bonding a removing film to the photocurable adhesive remaining on one or both of the members by additional light irradiation; and peeling the removing film from the members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
