<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device for automatically planning and executing a safety measure with respect to an abnormal phenomenon generated in plant equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This plant monitoring device 1 includes: safety measure execution determination means 21 for determining whether or not the execution of a safety measure is necessary according to whether or not any abnormal phenomenon for which the safety measure of an F table 41 is necessary is present in a received warning message; safety measure range determination means 22 for determining an execution range on the basis of the execution item of the F table 41 with respect to the abnormal phenomenon determined by the safety measure execution determination means 21 and the building information of an E table 40; safety measure content determination means 23 for determining the execution content from the execution item of the F table 41 with respect to the abnormal phenomenon determined by the safety measure execution determination means 21; and safety measure execution means 24 for executing the execution content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
