<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide macrobiotic foodstuff attaining overall ingestion of crispy and crunchy foodstuff containing grain, vegetables, fish and seaweed in one meal to be eaten over a wide age group from infants to the aged. <P>SOLUTION: Kneaded foodstuff (1) stored in a foodstuff container (C) is allowed to flow down into a form (B) arranged on a carrier base (A) and formed in oval shape, and then the kneaded foodstuff (1) is compressed in a press mold (D). The press mold (D) is then removed to produce kneaded processed foodstuff based on natural foodstuff ingredients and small fish via a steam heating means (E), a drying means (F) and a far-infrared ray projecting means (G). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
