<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing editing device and a drawing editing program capable of editing a plurality of line segment string components in parallel with little time and labor when editing a drawing. <P>SOLUTION: The drawing editing device includes a component editing part 23 for defining one of line segment string components as a reference line segment string component, generating double-lined components for which the reference line segment string component and parallel line segment string components arranged in parallel with the reference line segment string component are grouped, and performing editing including generation, selection, deformation and deletion of components including the double-lined components; and a display part 21 for receiving information of the components displayed on a screen from the component editing part 23, and performing display processing of the component displayed on the screen.
