A device for the determination of a degree of defibering of the fibrous materials is proposed, it consists of a body with a tank mounted in it, branch pipes for water supply and discharge, removable sieve, with openings in the bottom and the side wall, this can perform vibratory motion in vertical plane from a drive, a vessel for collection of fine polluting admixtures with perforated cover. The branch pipe for water supply is connected to a circular collector, openings in that one are coaxial to the openings in the vessel for collection of fine admixtures, and the drive of vibratory motion comprises a pneumatic cylinder frequency and amplitude of motion of which are controlled with NOT gates, throttles with check valves, timers and a pneumatic control valve. |
