FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: scraper comprises a basic single-axis tractor, a bucket with a knife, a gate, a rear wall, hydraulic mechanisms of front and rear lifting-lowering of the bucket, lifting-lowering of the gate, bucket unloading, an intermediate frame between the rear axis of wheels and the bucket, a traction frame with longitudinal beams, two pushing hydraulic cylinders, two double-arm levers on the rear axis, hydraulic accumulators of supply to the rear hydraulic mechanism of lifting-lowering and pushing hydraulic cylinders. On longitudinal beams of the traction frame at both sides of the bucket with alignment in the vertical plane of the bucket strike centre when falling, one bracket is installed with lower ledges, and on side walls of the bucket on top, with alignment also in the vertical plane of the strike centre, ledges are installed, where damping hydraulic cylinders are installed with pistons and stems with the possibility of contact between stems of damping hydraulic cylinders as the bucket is falling with lower ledges of brackets, at the same time cavities of bodies of damping hydraulic cylinders are joined by flexible pipelines with cavities of auxiliary hydraulic cylinders arranged near and in parallel to pushing hydraulic cylinders and on fingers of hinged joints for fixation of pushing hydraulic cylinders. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and increased efficiency of scraper operation. |
