<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin anti-photoaging agent containing a new component, and to provide a food, a medicine and external preparation for the skin for mammals including a human being, and fodder for mammals, using the agent. <P>SOLUTION: The agent for preventing the skin photoaging includes luteolin as an active ingredient.
