<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a toilet roll product with a medical fluid added thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A toilet paper product manufacturing method includes the steps of: making a primary raw paper roll JR manufactured by a paper machine into a secondary raw paper roll R to which a medical fluid is added using a ply machine; using a winder to roll off a secondary continuous sheet with the medical fluid added thereto from the secondary raw paper roll R; perforating the secondary continuous sheet at a given interval in the flow direction along the width direction of the secondary continuous sheet; rewinding the perforated secondary continuous sheet such that it makes a winding diameter of the toilet roll, thus manufacturing a log for the toilet roll; transferring the log to a log cutter which cuts the log into individual toilet rolls having the toilet roll width; and using a packaging device to put a single or a plurality of toilet rolls in a packaging bag to make a toilet roll product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
