<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system that can efficiently generate power as a whole even if a drive input to a generator fluctuates. <P>SOLUTION: A power generation system coaxially couples a first rotary shaft 11 of a permanent magnet synchronous generator 10 and a second rotary shaft 21 of a switched reluctance generator 20. The permanent magnet synchronous generator 10 has a first stator 12 having a first armature winding 15, and a first rotor 13 rotatable around the first rotary shaft 11 within the first stator 12. The switched reluctance generator 20 has a second stator 22 having a second armature winding 25, and a second rotor 23 rotatable around the second rotary shaft 21 within the second stator 22 and provided with magnetic and nonmagnetic surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
