<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing internal temperature rise of a battery represented by a lithium ion battery, for example. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow cylinder HC formed integrally with a lid CAP is provided, and the hollow cylinder HC is inserted into a shaft core CR.
