<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust image forming conditions so as to improve accuracy of reading a coded image. <P>SOLUTION: A control part in an image-forming device executes: a step for acquiring code image data showing a code image; a step for extracting dots 42 from the code image shown by the code image data; a step for generating patch image data showing patch images 51 to 55 in which the dots 42 are arranged regularly at different density; and a step for controlling an image-forming part so as to form the patch images 51 to 55 with invisible toner, based on the patch image data, in accordance with predetermined image forming conditions. A concentration sensor measures each concentration of the patch images 51 to 55 formed by the image-forming part. When at least one of the concentrations measured by the concentration sensor is outside the range of a concentration determined in accordance with density of a corresponding dot, the control part changes the image forming conditions so that each of the measured concentrations falls within the range of the concentration determined in accordance with density of the corresponding dot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
