<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional futon cleaning system through a delivery service is not popular among consumers who are unaccustomed to using a personal computer, such as elderly people, because the system needs to be applied through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In the present invention as means for solving the problem, a set of a storage bag for futon and clothing, a cleaning acceptance ticket, an application form, and an instruction manual with a JAN barcode attached thereto is sold over the counter. A consumer who purchased the set puts futon and clothing into the storage bag, and delivers the bag through a delivery service, according to the instruction manual.
