<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of increase in management time in an information processing system. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: a master node; and a plurality of cluster nodes to be managed by the master node, and stores a node list in which a transfer order of pieces of request information to be output from the master node to the cluster nodes is set. Each cluster node accepts request information to be transferred to the next transfer destination according to the node list, and when there is no next transfer destination, transfers the request information to the master node. The master node transmits the request information to one cluster node according to the node list, divides the plurality of cluster nodes according to time until request information is received from other cluster node after transmitting the request information.
