<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high productivity by suppressing surface uneven wrinkles due to thermal stress on a wooden plate made by adhering a wooden thermoplastic resin sheet containing wood chips and an inorganic filler onto the surface of a wooden substrate, such as plywood. <P>SOLUTION: In the blended components of a wooden thermoplastic resin sheet as a calendar molded body, the blend ratio of the thermoplastic resin is as low as 15-30 mass%, the wood chips 5-30 mass%, and the inorganic filler 40-80 mass% or further 60 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
