<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromixer which is capable of uniformly mixing two or more kinds of fluids. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid mixing apparatus includes a tank in which a first fluid and a second fluid are stored, a mixer, and a heat exchanger in which the tank storing the first fluid and the mixer are disposed or a heat exchanger in which the tank storing the second fluid and the mixer are disposed. The mixer comprises a minute tube-like duct 1 through which the first fluid is circulated, a minute tube-like duct 2 through which the second fluid is circulated, and a mixing section in which the first fluid and the second fluid are mixed. The heat exchanger comprises a minute tube-like duct 3 in which the first fluid or the second fluid is circulated in a liquid-tight state. A ratio [B/A] of a total volume (A) of the volume of the first fluid circulating in the liquid-tight state inside the minute tube-like duct 1 and the volume of the second fluid circulating in the liquid-tight state inside the minute tube-like duct 2 and a total volume (B) of the first fluid or the second fluid circulating in the liquid-tight state inside the minute tube-like duct 3 is 2 to 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
