<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the dynamic range of a time-to-digital conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: A time-to-digital conversion device includes: a first pulse train generation section configured to start generating a first pulse repeated at a predetermined period in response to a first signal; a counter circuit configured to start counting the first pulse in response to the first signal; and a stochastic time-to-digital converter having a plurality of delay flip-flops having input terminals connected together and clock terminals connected together.
