<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot-line insertion and extraction device capable of achieving miniaturization of an inductor for suppressing a rush current. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-line insertion and extraction device includes: the inductor 13 inserted into a power supply line 12 connected by a power supply 11 of a backplane 1; a switching element 15 connected to the inductor 13 in series; a sequence control part 16a which detects connection between an expansion unit 2 and the backplane 1; and a pulse generator 16b in which, when the connection between the expansion unit 2 and the backplane 1 is detected by the sequence control part 16a, an ON/OFF state of the switching element 15 is repeatedly switched by outputting pulse signals to the switching element 15 for a certain period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
