<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back panel substrate extension device capable of improving extendability of a back panel substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A back panel substrate extension device includes a main back panel substrate 1 and an extension back panel substrate 9. The main back panel substrate includes: a control signal circuit 6 for generating a control signal; a first termination resistor 3 provided between one terminal of a main data transmitting bus wiring 2 and a ground; a connector 7 connected to the other terminal of the bus wiring 2; a switching circuit 5 provided adjacent to the other terminal of the bus wiring 2, one terminal of which is connected to the bus wiring 2, and is adapted to opened/closed by the control signal from the control signal circuit, which has passed through the extension back panel substrate; and a second termination resistor 4 provided between the other terminal of the switching circuit 5 and the ground. The extension back panel substrate includes: an extension data transmitting bus wiring 10; a connector 13 connected to one terminal of the bus wiring 10, engaged with the connector 7 to connect the bus wiring 2 to the bus wiring 10, and forming a part of a path through which the control signal passes; and a third termination resistor 11 provided between the other terminal of the bus wiring 10 and the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
