A plasmon solar element contains a semiconductor photoreceiver, a sub-wave metal lattice deposited onto a surface of photoreceiver through oxide layer on the side of light incidence. Moreover, it contains a reflective thin-film dielectric interference wide-band mirror deposited to the surface on side opposite to light incidence, the layer of oxide and mirror layer contacting with the photoreceiver are electrically conductive. |
