FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy. Device includes ladle (1) with bottom pouring shell (2), tuyere (4) and pouring device (3). The latter is made from gas-tight material in its upper part and gas-permeable material in lower part or provided with holes in lower part. Plate (5) is installed between bottom of ladle (1) and pouring device (3). Pouring device (3) is tightly fixed on lower part of plate (5). In plate (5) there is central hole (6) and hole (7) connecting the cavity of pouring device (3) through valve (8) to compressed gas source or vacuum pump or to atmosphere. ^ EFFECT: simpler design of device for purification, vacuum treatment, ladle pouring of liquid metal and improving the quality of poured molten metal. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
