<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive device which can appropriately guide oil to a stator without requiring additional members and can effectively cool a rotating electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle drive device includes a rotating electric machine MG having a rotor Ro and a stator St. The vehicle drive device includes: a case 1 having a support wall 11 extending radially; a rotor support member 30 supporting the rotor Ro; a rotating sensor 21 having a sensor stator 23 fixed to the support wall 11 and a sensor rotor 22 fixed to the rotor support member 30; an oil supply part OS supplying oil from the inner diameter side of the sensor rotor 22; and an oil collection part OC formed between the sensor rotor 22 and the rotor support member 30. The oil supply part OS and the oil collection part OC are communicated with each other via a communication space V1 extending between the sensor stator 23 and the rotor support member 30 in the radial direction, and the oil collection part OC and a stator storage space V2 are communicated with each other via a communication passage L6 formed in the rotor support member 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
