<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply system capable of efficiently using a solar power generation amount. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power supply system 10 can minimize a power storage amount in a midnight time zone as a specified time zone by setting a predicted power storage amount using a predicted power amount and a predicted power generation amount. This makes it possible to prevent surplus power from being stored in a storage battery 24 and reduce power cost. The surplus power generated by a photovoltaic generator 16 is controlled to be stored in the storage battery 24 by a control device 18 which is consumption control means.
