PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute respective plural kinds of processing through an intuitive operation.

SOLUTION: A touch panel device comprises: first and second touch panels that detect a touch of an object; and a control unit that associates an image displayed on the first touch panel and showing data with a display position of the image on the first touch panel, and determines processing to be executed on data represented by a selected image which is an image corresponding to a touch position detected on the first touch panel, from among a predetermined plural kinds of processing based on a touch state detected by the second touch panel.
