<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat transfer screw conveyor easy to do cleaning and washing in which a vertical screw conveyor is orthogonally connected with the outlet part of a horizontal screw conveyor in a state that the axes of both the conveyors are made to cross each other, and a horizontal screw does not interfere with the inner wall of a cylinder even when it is in a free state at the outlet part. <P>SOLUTION: In the meat transfer screw conveyor, a distal end part of a horizontal screw 3 is put close to an area in the vicinity of a vertical screw 18, and a first flange 6 formed at the other end is detachably connected by a fastening bolt 10 with a second flange 11 whose outer peripheral surface is loosely fitted to a hole formed in a machine wall at the distal end of a driving axis 9, and a first bearing 12 is fitted on the driving axis 9 abutting to the second flange 11, and a second bearing 13 is fitted with an appropriate distance therefrom, and a supporting metal 15 for holding both the bearings 12, 13 is mounted on the machine body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
