<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for cutting off spews that reduces costs for cutting spews, and also, allows simple and quick restoration or the like of sharpness of the cutting edge. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter for cutting off spews has the following configuration. A guide case 1 is configured such that a plurality of guide grooves 4 tapered-off toward the back of the guide case in order to guide spews are arranged in parallel. A replacement blade 2 is configured to be freely detachably fixed to one surface side of the guide case 1.
