<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid toilet seat device with warming function. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat device 1 includes a seat face member 2 for forming a seat face, a backside face member 3 laid on the toilet, and a rib member 5 set in a space 10 surrounded by the seat face member 2 and the backside face member 3. The rib member 5 includes a body part 23 to support the seat face member 2 and the backside face member 3 in a vertical direction and an inside rib piece 24 and an outside rib piece 25 projecting in mutually opposite directions via the body part 23.
