<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof device which can prevent overflow of an adhesives to a rubber elastic body side when attaching a stopper member, and a manufacturing method of this vibration proof device. <P>SOLUTION: An extended rubber part 20 is formed on an outer circumference of an inner pipe member 16 on the outside of the axial direction S of the rubber elastic body 18.
