<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system acquiring a highly precise still image at arbitrary timing with a moving image and to provide an imaging system and an image communication system. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system 50 includes: a reception section 501; an estimation operation section (pixel value estimation operation section 505); and an image output section 55. An imaging system 10 sets a light reception unit for a plurality of pixels of an imaging element 103, acquires a light reception value of the light reception unit, to which the pixel values of the plurality of pixels are added, while the light reception unit is overlapped and the pixels are sequentially shifted, and transmits a low resolution fame image by the acquired light reception value to a network 20. The reception section 501 receives the low resolution fame image from the imaging system 10. The estimation operation section estimates the pixel value of the respective pixels, which are included in the light reception unit, based on the plurality of low resolution frame image.
