<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional semiconductor device, it was difficult to perform synchronous operation between synchronizing circuits while reducing current consumption in a clock tree. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a first clock buffer (one of VCB11-VCB14) which outputs a first clock signal in accordance with an operation clock signal CLK and changes an edge of the first clock signal at a first response time, a second clock buffer (another of VCB11-VCB14) which outputs a second clock signal in accordance with the operation clock signal CLK and changes an edge of the second clock signal at a second response time, a first logic circuit which operates synchronously with the first clock signal and defines a first voltage level as a threshold voltage, and a second logic circuit which operates synchronously with the second clock signal and defines a second voltage level as a threshold voltage.
