<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having sufficient chelating ability compared to a conventional chelating agent, and effects for preventing corrosion of a metal and glass. <P>SOLUTION: The composition includes a malic acid structure-containing amino compound represented by general formula (1) and tartaric acid (salt) at a molar ratio of from 30:70 to 95:5. In general formula (1), -R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is -H, -CH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, -C<SB POS="POST">2</SB>H<SB POS="POST">5</SB>, -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>COOM, -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>NH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>or -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>OH; and M is independently a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal atom, an alkaline earth metal atom, an ammonium ion or an amine salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
