<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quietly carry out uniform management of air purification and removal of living odors of a whole building without causing leaking of the living odors to a hallway or the like by forced ventilation in each room, and to carry out uniform management of forming a healthy and comfortable living environment and temperature adjustment of the whole building by removing moisture and organic compounds of outside air. <P>SOLUTION: Living space A comprising a plurality of rooms 7 facing a hallway 6 connected to a hall 5 is formed in a building body 1, and ceiling space B is partitioned off above the living space A via ceiling parts 5B, 6B, 7B. A purification ventilator 12 installed in the ceiling space B purifies the outside air sucked in from an outside air inducing port 10 by a filter box 14 and discharges it to the ceiling space B.
